Deliveries and returns

Deliveries :

The cost of preparation, quality control and delivery is free in Metropolitan France!
All our deliveries are registered and require a signature. The transporter is chosen by us according to the destination. The packages are carefully wrapped and protected, the watches are delivered in a box containing the bracelets and the tools to change these.
The boxes are generally sent within 10 days of receiving your payment.
Outside of France, the cost of preparation, quality control and delivery is set according to the country.
The orders processed for a delivery address in a country which is outside of the European Union, will be invoiced excluding taxes, customs duty and import duty, which should be paid by the receiver of the goods and it is incumbent upon them to take responsibility for payment of these taxes.
Delivery is made to this delivery address indicated by the client, with the condition that this must be the residential address of the client, or of any other nominated person of their choice. No deliveries will be made to hotels or postal boxes. The client can modify the delivery address once the order has been submitted.
The integrity of the package should be checked (both inside and outside) in the presence of the delivery person. If you have any doubts about the integrity of the package, you should refuse to accept it, if not, can accept it and note any concerns on the delivery form. Should there be any reserves, you should also notify the transporter by registered letter within 48 hours, and on the same day, send us a copy of this mail, accompanied by a copy of the invoice and the original packaging.

Returns:

You have 14 days (starting from receipt of the articles) to comment. IN the case of an exchange or reimbursement, contact us, then sent the new articles in their original packaging, intact, accompanied by the purchase invoice, to the following address:

If exercising the right of retraction, MerAirTerre is required to reimburse the sums paid by the client, without expenses, with the exception of the return expenses. The reimbursement of the initial postage cost will only be paid for deliveries in Metropolitan France. MerAirTerre undertakes to reimburse the User who has exercises his right of retraction, for the sums, within the shortest possible time and at the latest, within thirty (30) days after exercising this right of retraction.
MerAirTerre will refund the User for the returned Products, subject to compliance with the abovementioned conditions, as well as the basic delivery costs of these, if the User returns the order in full.
If the User does not return the order in full and keeps one or several of the ordered Products, the amount of the delivery fees will be kept by MerAirTerre.
